You can also just pick one of your favorite oils and soak your nails. You soak your nails for 20 mins you can do this once a week . You can also do it for a few minutes everyday if you like. Olive oil is very moisturizing and easily absobed into your skin and nails. You can also soak your nails in the oil of your choice then wear gloves to bed. This will help strengthen and help your nails to be healthier. Avoid soaking your nails in the bath for a long period of time as that is bad for your nails. If you have week nails it is best to keep them short until you get them healthier and stronger.
